Welcome to our property management company ‘Casago Aruba’, a proud division of the Dejavu Group, where excellence in hospitality, service and quality is our hallmark. Our journey into property management began three years ago, expanding from our original roots in the restaurant industry to the world of property management. With just one property initially owned by our shareholders, we quickly realized our natural affinity and passion for this sector of the hospitality industry.

 

In 2024, we took a significant step forward by acquiring Aruba Happy Rentals, which has since been seamlessly integrated into Casago Aruba. Established in 2007, Aruba Happy Rentals holds one of the longest track records in the Aruban property management market, offering our guests and homeowners unparalleled experience and reliability.

 

Today, Dejavu Group manages a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals and operates some of Aruba’s most celebrated dining establishments: Infini Restaurant, Po-Ke Ono Aruba, and Caya House Restaurant. Our experiences in hospitality have provided us with a unique understanding of the needs of travelers, enabling us to deliver personalized and memorable stays.

 

Dejavu Group is built on the expertise and vision of our founders:

• Peter van der Meer, a seasoned Dutch entrepreneur who fell in love with Aruba after retiring in the Netherlands and invests through Dejavu Group.
• Philippe La Reine, a former Corporate and Investment Banker with extensive experience in the Netherlands and Aruba, whose friendship with Peter sparked their shared investment in the Aruban economy.
• Urvin Croes, Aruba’s most decorated chef and the first Iron Chef Competition winner on the island, with a career that spans South America, the USA, and Europe.
• Gerald Sarmiento, our operational talent, with experience from renowned hotel chains like Ritz Carlton and Marriott International, ensuring seamless hospitality operations.
